Terms of service (Advertiser)

§1 Ad requirements
All advertisements placed by the advertiser are checked for compliance with moral and ethical norms of society. All advertisements can be placed in graphical formats. The placed advertisement shall be manually moderated and should comply with the requirements of Cash-Ads.com, regardless of its type.
It is prohibited to place advertisements that contain:
- Direct download links
- Viruses and malicious software
- Links/HTML ads to sites with automated scripts
- Links/HTML ads pages with (too many) redirects or traffic
- Links/HTML ads to fishing sites
- The website is overloaded (traffic)
- No content or only ad-websites
- Links/HTML ads to websites promoting violence, the use of drugs and other substances illegal in most of the countries
- Copyrighted content (content that violates the intellectual property rights of another person, the legal owner of the content)

Information (visual or textual), which the administration considers to be explicitly sexual or shocking (including but not limited to images or texts, describing reproductive organs of humans or animals, sexual intercourse or violence). The administration reserves the right to refuse the adverstisers to place his advertisement if the advertisement does not meet the requirements of the internal policy of the website or any other reasons the administration considers essential.
Only direct links to a landing page are allowed to be used as the URL. The server has to give the “response code of 200” and the page has to be uploaded without redirects. The administration of this site does not guarantee that advertising will bring him money and any other income (dividends).
Requirements for the quality of promotional materials are as follows (and make sense to advertise):
- Links/HTML ads to websites that are in the process of developing, parked domain sites or broken sites are not allowed
- Websites that are not displayed (cannot be viewed) in the most commonly used modern browsers are not accepted
Advertisers can take advantage of Cash-Ads.com targeting to determine the audience that will be shown promotional materials. This can choose and change anytime. Targeting options and features are subject to change. Cash-Ads.com does not require the confirmation of the product ownership to advertise it. If the ad is placed illegally and there is either a proof thereof or the complain of the owner of the product, the administration reserves the right to resort to the following measures:
- Deactivate the ad bloсks
- Freeze the funds, held on the account balances
- Ban the account

§2 Control
The administration checks the traffic, which the user uses several times, including the application of internal and external anti-fraud systems for its compliance with the standards of the website. In case when the traffic is inconvertible, the funds paid by the user will not be returned, since the administration does not guarantee that the user shall gain a profit. The primary purpose of the website is to enable the user to advertise. If the system of automatic or manual traffic analysis reveals the evidence of fraud that led to the loss of user’s funds, the funds can be docked from the publisher’s account and returned to the user’s account.
Cash-Ads.com guarantees correspondence of the display of advertisements to the chosen options of targeting, defined by the user for his advertising campaign.

§3 Deposits
Deposits to buy advertising services are available in: PayPal, Crypto and Bank wire transfer (Sepa only). Payments like PayPal and Crypto are realtime. This payment methods take some minutes (crypto deposit time depends on network load and speed). Bank wire transfer can take up to 2 business days. If some errors appear due deposit our payment team is informed automatically and will check as soon as possible without create a support ticket from Advertiser. The team is available 24/7. All deposit methods are without fees for Advertiser.

§4 Miscellaneous
If errors in the system are exploited in favor of the project, an immediate ban of the user account is carried out and / or the utilization is recognized as invalid. Quality can vary. Deposits can take up to 24h in some cases (reasons are: New accounts, fraut account etc) and need a manual control from our team. We reserve the right to withhold any dishonest revenue earned in favor of Cash-Ads.com. Refunds of deposits are not possible, so be sure to deposit.
